Positive: Apartment is big and clean except Negative: Dear Sunkissed Holiday Homes Management and Booking.com I hope you are well,I am writing to share constructive feedback regarding our recent stay at the four-bedroom apartment in Sadaf 4, Jumeirah Beach Residence, which we booked through Booking.com. My intention is not to harm the reputation of any party, but to provide clear and fair insight into an issue that affected our stay. We only discovered a significant problem later in the evening, past 8pm, when preparing the bedrooms for use. At that time, we noticed a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the bedroom linens, including the pillows, pillowcases, bedsheets, and mattress surfaces. The smell was persistent and unusually overwhelming. Unfortunately, this caused notable discomfort for both children and adults in our group, to the point that some experienced genuine distress and reluctance to use the bedding. While isolated issues can understandably occur in any hospitality environment, the intensity of this odor suggested that the linens may not have received adequate cleaning or airing prior to our arrival. Given the well-regarded standards of accommodations in the JBR area, we were quite surprised by this situation. We remain respectful of the efforts of your team and recognize the challenges of managing holiday homes. However, we believe it is important to highlight this concern so that housekeeping procedures, linen quality checks, and hygiene protocols can be more closely reviewed. Ensuring that all linens are fresh and odor-free is essential for guest comfort and for supporting the strong reputation your property strives to maintain. We hope this feedback helps guide improvements and prevents similar experiences for future guests. Good value for money but do not expect a luxury stay Positive: Good location and easy to walk to the beach, 24 hour supermarket less than a minute away and apartment was fairly spacious. Owner was really helpful with driving directions as places can be hard to find in Dubai for parking etc Negative: The security to get into the building is very confusing (a 6 means a 1 and other issues) we ran into a lot of issues with this. Also the apartment does not exactly look like the pictures, inside is very dated and does not have the white walls like the pictures, it is quite dark.

Positive: The apartment is very beautiful, suitable for families and groups, and very clean. There are a lot of places to visit within the area, close to the airport. The staff are amazing. Will definitely be booking again. The description of property pictures and videos online is a true reflection of property
