Great spacious apartments with perfect location which need major renovation Positive: Location is perfect! Late check-out was possible, many thanks for that! The apartments were equipped with everything necessary. Negative: 1. It was a bit inconvenient to always call reception to enter the apartments (even though you have an access card). 2. I didn't understand why I had to go through check-in procedure at the security desk, despite the fact that I sent all the documents in advance before arrival. 3. The apartments (UP3) needs major renovation, some furniture, walls, bathrooms are not in the best condition.

Positive: Korter on heas asukohas, lähedal rand, tramm ja metroo. Korter ise oli meie perele (6 täiskasvanut ja 5 last) piisavalt suur, varustatud kõige vajalikuga.

Great Vacation! Positive: Very large and comfy apartment. 4 big and Clean bedrooms. Location is very nice for families. Many, stores, restaurants, pedestrian zone, beach… Negative: The apartment is already a little outdated. Some of the furniture can be renovated.
