Stunning Marina View 5BR + Maid room on JBR Beach

Positive: More rooms Negative: AC has no enough cooling especially one room has zero cool temperature. Staff are not attentive to our complains and request. We needed to make multiple calls and messages for them to respond and and take action, but its already too late. The apartment has an odor like old place, does not smell clean or refreshing. Unfortunately this will be our first and last to book this apartment, will not recommend it. Overall, needs improvement and staff need to be more attentive to guests.

Positive: היינו 2 משפחות בדירה, אמנם רק לילה אחד אבל מאוד נהנינו. הדירה ענקית ומאובזרת לחלוטין!

بالتوفيق Positive: الموقع كان جيداً وعدد الغرف مناسبه والسعر كان مناسب واصحاب الشقه جداً متعاونين Negative: كان يوجد اعمال في الشقه العلويه مما ادى الى بعض الازعاج في فترة الصباح ويعتبر عمل وقتي وصادف وقت اقامتنا 😅 يوجد رائحه غير جيدة خارج الشقه في بهو المصعد وفي المواقف.

Good for group Positive: The space was big and more than enough room, it was clean, the owner was so helpful and gave good instructions and follow up Negative: It was confusing getting from the place we parked and to the entrance of the apartment. But it was easy after going through the instructions that the owner provided. Will definitely stay here again 😀
