Positive: Месторасположение
Negative: Давольно старые апартаменты,уже хотят ремонта . У нас дети даже встретили таракана.
Старая сантехника, старые кровати, и ещё что было вишенкой на торте все дни нашего пребывание в квартире сверху делали ремонт ( и я так понимаю перфораторами снимали старую плитку) это было пипиц как неприятно 🤮
